TBWLN connects coaching, mentorship, training, publishing and gathering under one mission: sharpening leaders who already know who they are into leaders who stand out wherever they're placed.

Becoming bold isn't an event — it's a practice. BECOMING BOLD is a 21-day, quarterly coaching program from TBWLN Institute, the growth and development arm of TBWLN Global, built for women ready to lead with more authority, visibility, and clarity.
Each cohort brings together hand-picked experts — our Guides — to lead focused coaching rooms across areas like corporate leadership, business, personal branding, mindset, career growth, and purpose-driven leadership. Rather than trying to cover everything at once, every cohort narrows in on one sharp, practical focus per room, so members leave with real, visible change — not just inspiration.
Delivered through daily guidance, weekly live sessions, and hands-on practice, BECOMING BOLD is where bold women don't just talk about growth — they do the work.

Victoria Ogbujah
TBWLN was founded by Victoria Ogbujah, a Women's Visibility and Leadership Championer with years of experience coaching, mentoring and speaking to women on visibility, leadership and mindset.
"Women are leaders, and the world should get comfortable with that truth — not just as an idea in the mind, but in action; and women need to begin to unapologetically take up the spaces that need them, rule with grace, come under the spotlight and own the stage.
